I offer a 20-minute free Zoom consultation to discuss your needs, see whether we will be the right fit for each other and decide on a plan that will best suit you. 

The pricing for online sessions are as follows: 

1 1-hour session - £80 / €95 / 40 BHD

4 x 1-hour (1 month) session package - £300 /  €350 / 140BHD

If fees are too high for you right now, I reserve a few spots for sliding scale, reduced prices, please contact me about this option and we can figure something out together. ** These slots are currently at full capacity. ** 

I recommend to start with weekly sessions of therapy to commit to carving out a consistent, predictable time every week to work towards your goals together. All sessions are through confidential video conferencing programs such as Zoom to protect your privacy.
