I provide neurodivergent-affirming therapy for adults with ADHD, autism, or both (sometimes called AuDHD). This is a space where your experiences, needs, and identity are understood and valued.
Many neurodivergent adults come to therapy feeling exhausted from masking, misunderstood by professionals, or unsure whether therapy will truly make space for who they are. You may have spent years adapting yourself to others’ expectations while losing touch with your own needs, limits, or sense of self.
Sessions are collaborative, flexible, and responsive to your own communication style and sensory needs in session. We may explore burnout, shutdowns, anxiety, identity, boundaries, or the impact of past experiences or trauma. I draw from approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and sensorimotor therapy, and trauma-informed work to support regulation, self-understanding, and healing at a pace that feels safe.
If you’re curious whether this approach might be supportive for you, you’re welcome to reach out to me on therapywithreema@gmail.com to discuss what you're experiencing, ask me any questions you may have or schedule a free consult to see if we're the right fit.
